This volunteer recognition program honors Team Members who volunteer 52 hours per calendar year on their own or through company-sponsored activities. Those who achieve Club 52 status are eligible to receive a grant in support of their favorite charitable initiative.

Discover A Star Foundation

Since 1995, we’ve contributed to organizations whose programs empower individuals and families to lead more productive and fulfilling lives. Our focus is on addressing issues surrounding poverty, housing, and children facing critical illness. We have raised over $9.5 million and provided financial assistance to over 65 non-profit organizations.

At Universal Studios Hollywood we support all Team Members in their goals to live an active and healthy lifestyle. USH has developed an extensive Wellness Program that encourages a healthy way of life for its Team Members through physical activities, education, and healthy eating.

The mission of USH’s Wellness Program is to provide Team Members with a wholistic and comprehensive program to support a healthy and productive lifestyle. We offer a variety of onsite services including free wellness classes, discounted gym memberships, complimentary counseling sessions, healthy eating seminars, and much more.
