Job Description & Requirements

JOB SUMMARY:

Supports all areas of work processes by assisting leads and artists, and technicians in a variety of work classifications. Utilizing specialty tools, equipment and chemicals and support Preventative Maintenance (PM) and housekeeping schedules. Prepping of workspaces, surfaces, consisting of cleaning, scraping, waxing, and sanding. Assists as needed with base painting and specialty cleaning. Often operates hand tools, pressure washers, ladders, forklift, high reach, trucks, golf carts and other heavy equipment to move materials.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support of maintenance and upkeep of assets utilizing specialty tools, equipment and chemicals and support Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, including assisting with assembly and disassembly of Assets as directed by qualified technicians, waxing, corrosion mitigation, leak
