Please note these particular Vacation Planner roles will be based out of the Dallas/Frisco area and will be 100% remote. However, there will be a short period of training that will require an in-person commitment. Qualified candidates must currently reside in the Dallas/Frisco area to qualify for this remote work opportunity.
* Vacation Planner Pay Rate: $18.25/hour.
* Vacation Planners are eligible for additional, weekly incentives based on sales goals. You will learn more about these and other exciting incentives in the interview process.
Vacation Planner:
JOB SUMMARY: Vacation Planners are responsible for providing outstanding customer service for all Universal Destinations & Experiences’ guests by working in a high paced phone environment, handling sales and guest service; including processing orders for Universal Destinations & Experiences’ products and services which include: Annual Passes, tickets, vacations, and online support. This position fields incoming live calls to address a variety of needs, including but not limited to customer service, sales, basic troubleshooting and general product information for all Universal Destinations & Experiences’ products and services.
